From when we found the apartment listing and throughout the entire process, they were very responsive and communication was clear. Lease was agreed upon mutually. Any requests were honored. We couldn’t see the place in person prior to renting due to being a distance away, but the place is exactly as pictured and described. The app that they use to pay rent and some other features that we haven’t had to use (maintenance, etc) is super convenient. John and Briana also reached out to us in the first two weeks to make sure everything was going well. I stay in short-term rentals frequently due to work requiring travel every three months and this experience was by far the most pleasant that I’ve had yet. I would rent from them again if working in the area and highly recommend to anybody!
